Runway Balloons is a luxury balloon wholesaler based in California. Their fresh, fashionable brand aims to make sourcing stock enjoyable for their customers. On top of this, they want to use their knowledge of the industry to help and educate. We wanted to create a branding experience that makes their fashion-focused customers feel empowered and confident - an identity that is high-vibe, cool and stylish.

Pretty Classic Lashes is a beauty brand with a focus on embracing glamorous make-up looks every day. They aim to inspire their customers to celebrate their femininity and feel confident in themselves. I worked with them on their branding, inspired by the classic glamour of Old Hollywood. We created a brand experience full of playful vintage-inspired designs which translated through to postcards, packaging, mailer boxes and more.

Branding for The Youth Fairy, a medical aesthetician based in Las Vegas. The Youth Fairy’s mission is to build their client’s confidence by helping them on their journey to glowing youthful skin. The final designs are earthy with a modern twist, communicating the fresh feeling you have after owner Whitney’s services.

The Palms

Branding: The Coco Package

The Palms is a hair studio based in Houston, Texas. The salon focuses on providing an all-around relaxing experience, believing if you look good you feel good. We wanted to create something that felt warm and trustworthy. The final look features a palm tree icon, relating to owner Vanessa’s Florida roots and how The Palms is a hair oasis - a place to go to feel calm, free and looked after.

Get Glamee is a beauty brand that aims to make its audience feel empowered and inspired as they get ready on the go. They’re all about championing self-love and opening up the conversation on what it truly means to Get Glam. We wanted the rebrand to convey these values, which we achieved through a glowing heart-shaped star icon to signify guiding their audience on their journey to self-love, alongside the light-up and travel element of their products.

Georgia, the founder of Beauty Cooler, contacted me to develop the branding and packaging for her new skincare brand. She wanted a clear brand identity with a girly and instagrammable aesthetic to match their product range. Beauty Cooler has since been stocked on I Saw It First, Beauty Bay and Pretty Little Thing.

Angel Eyes

I worked on the packaging design for Beauty Cooler’s first skincare product in their ‘Angel’ range, Angel Eyes. These collagen-infused eye gels are unique with their shooting star shape and sparkly peach colour, so the packaging needed to reflect their cuteness.

After the success of their first product in their Angel collection, we worked together again on the packaging for Angel Wings - Rose Quartz Gua Sha Wings.

Sleepgoddess is a beauty-sleep brand that provides innovative, natural sleep aids such as shower mists and loose leaf tea. Their goal is not only to improve their customer’s sleep but also to make their nightly routine fun and enjoyable. The brand identity is uplifting, balanced and representative of their ethical products. This was achieved with a soothing and earthy colour palette, with the addition of a bright peach accent colour to signify the energy you feel after a good night's sleep. This playfulness also comes across in the brand logo, which feels modern and friendly.

A complete rebrand was needed for Cathryn’s business, Wild Like Her. After previously owning a kidswear brand, she wanted something empowering and bold for her womenswear brand. The direction we went for consists of statement-making colours, heavy typefaces paired with a feminine script and an abundance of eye-catching patterns.

Her Empire Lifestyle creates inspiring, beautiful journals that help women refocus, achieve their goals and transform their daily habits. I worked with them to create a brand identity that was modern and minimal, but still feminine. Over the past year I’ve designed various journals and planners for the brand, alongside their packaging and print collateral.

Freshly Baked London is the original scented self tan indie brand. Their brand is innovative and creative, with a focus on playing on the ‘Freshly Baked’ element in a fun, unique way. I work with the brand on a regular basis, creating print collateral such as tan labels, door hangers, gift cards and gift packaging. I recently worked on their ‘Baking Book’ range, where I designed five collectible postcards in a collaged, recipe-book style.

Packaging

LABËD bridges the gap between beauty products and aesthetic treatments. They aim to give their customers the chance to start finding fun in beauty products again, without turning to invasive procedures. We worked together on the packaging design for their first product, Lipjection Gloss. The design is medical-inspired but with a fun and feminine feel. I also designed a branded pocket mirror which is included with all orders.

Revie Jane Shop

Packaging & Print

Revie Jane approached me to create the designs for her W.O.W affirmation cards. The purpose of the cards is to help others see their worth and to inspire them to live life abundantly. The brief was for the designs to be inspiring and aesthetically stunning. This was achieved with a whimsical collage design and a soft, calming colour palette.



W.O.W Kids Cards

After the success of the W.O.W affirmation cards, I worked with Revie again to create a version especially for children. These are intended to build their self-confidence and explore what gratitude and grounding feels like. I designed 6 bright and playful card illustrations, alongside the packaging and a welcome pamphlet. We wanted to make sure these cards would be beautiful enough to be placed on a mirror as a positive reminder for little ones throughout the day. The cards sold out in less than 48 hours.

Katerina Cosmetics, initially approached me to create the packaging for their Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick. We complemented their rose-tinted shades with a delicate floral illustration. I’ve also worked on the label design for their Bronzed Babe Mini Mousse set. Inspired by Summer skies, we focused on candy-coloured gradients to differentiate the shades.

Rebellious Fashion

Graphics for use on Rebellious Fashion’s social platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. These graphics were used to promote discounts and products, document blogger events and advertise any current campaigns.



Coppafeel! Campaign

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness month Rebellious collaborated with CoppaFeel! throughout October to spread the word about their free text reminder service encouraging girls to check their boobs. I created a series of digital illustrations for use on Instagram with the theme of the reminder message popping up on a phone screen.

Rebellious Fashion is an online trend-led fashion retailer based in Manchester, UK.

VALENTINE’S ─ 

This project involved creating graphics for the Valentine’s campaign (2019) for use on the website, Instagram stories and email marketing. Alongside this, the brand held a blogger sleepover event (inspired by the film Mean Girls) which I created designs for including an invitation, pizza box sticker, email marketing and promotional Instagram graphics.


INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY ─ 

Rebellious Fashion launched a campaign in celebration of International Women’s Day (2019) This involved creating graphics in a pink and lilac colour scheme with an experimental collage theme. I designed graphics for the campaign landing page, matching Instagram stories and homepage banners.


OTHER ─

Other branded content I have designed includes a lilac leopard print taxi wrap to raise brand awareness around the city of Manchester. Mailing bags featuring blogger’s outfit pictures in a fun collage format and a matching wallpaper for the office.

Leah is a Fashion Retail Coach for ‘CEOs serious about success.’ Leah previously had a logo which she felt didn’t reflect her high energy, we worked together to create branding with a glam but cool vibe. The final result is a brand identity that is bold, playful and feminine; with a logo that contains elements such as a lightning bolt and sparkle to represent Leah’s high vibes and creative spark.

Monki Beauty

For my final major project, I wanted to combine my love for digital marketing, social media and graphic design. I focused on marketing Swedish brand Monki and their beauty range to a market of females aged 18-25 in the UK. This involved creating a strategic marketing plan, magalogue and an updated website and app design. 

I created a detailed marketing plan for Monki to grow in the UK over Spring Summer 2017, which covered areas such as brand analysis, the target consumer, promotional strategies, distribution and campaign monitoring. The main features of the campaign were a UK-based consumer competition on the social media platform, Instagram with integration of the updated Monki app. This also included UK-specific social media accounts, a multi-sensory launch event and geo-located Snapchat filters in the Monki London store.

Magalogue

As part of my final major project, I created a magalogue for Monki's SS17 Beauty range. It aims to generate interest around the beauty range and encourage consumers to interact with Monki both online and offline.

Monki's beauty magalogue differs from the typical product catalogue, designed in a creative way and with magazine-like content to keep the target audience engaged. The magalogue features interviews with top beauty Instagrammers from the UK, a beauty trend forecast and a consumer competition, alongside information and tips on how to use Monki's SS17 beauty products.

HYGGE RETAIL CONCEPT 

BRIEF: To create a new fashion retail concept that trades via E and M commerce as well as a physical retail space. To create a strong brand identity that is suitable for your target customer. Outcomes included a range plan, visual merchandising toolkit and Google sketch-up.

OUTCOME: ‘Hygge’ is a pop-up store that combines ten modern brands from around the world to create a Scandinavian-inspired experience, taking inspiration from their love of minimalism and clean design. This project also included creating my brand logo, moodboards, a mock-up website and an app.
